Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by smart-shop.com.au for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:
· Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories
· You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns should be sent via a traceable or registered post or freight carrier.
All return refunds are less freight
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
